Subhash Garg
Satendra is the Founder and CEO of BrightAgami.
Based in Singapore, Satendra's career has spanned 45 years in Process Design and Engineering for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, LNG and Pharmaceuticals industries. Satendra has led engineering, design, and operations of large integrated complexes across Asia. Satendra is a noted expert as Hazop/Hazid/SIL Chairman for various projects. Satendra has also been a Guest Lecturer at the National University of Singapore and has been recognized for his contributions to the Oil & Gas Industry.
Satendra holds a Masters (Gold Medalist) and Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Subhash is a business leader with over 30 years of MNC multidisciplinary Engineering and operations experience in
Singapore, USA, China, and Malaysia.
Subhash is a renowned expert in business and process improvements for high-tech volume manufacturing. Subhash focuses on Business Excellence Metrics that significantly improve Quality, Cost, Efficiency, Customer Satisfaction, and other key performance indicators. Subhash has led end-2-end cross-functional teams that managed products from design concepts, to manufacturing launch, to end of life.
Subhash holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers India and is a Certified Six Sigma BB and Champion.
Niraj Saini
Niraj is an accomplished Oil and Gas industry veteran with over 40 years of Project Management experience.
Niraj has successfully led Engineering and Construction teams executing large-scale projects across diverse regions, including India, Africa, and Iran. His expertise is in managing Cost, Quality, and Schedule for complex construction projects spanning Refinery, Petrochemicals, and Compressed Natural Gas verticals.
Niraj holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree with Honors from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut.
